You are awesome too...for getting off that couch & getting out there...my running family on here have kept me going, the support, advice & encouragement is invaluable...I found this forum after I’d repeated Week 3 for yonks & I moved on to the next week because of the lovely people on here...I will always post on here & read other people’s posts with interest & if I can advise I will but I will always listen to advise too....happy running & please keep posting
