Woohoo W3R3 completed

I have put of doing this run since wed! Full of excuses wed then replanned for fri but more excuses! Decided on going today even though I’d had a few wines last night. Wasn’t confident that I’d manage it but altering my route slightly definitely helped. That last minute I ended up running slightly downhill, made it so much easier 👍🏼 Bring on week 4

Well done you.. even though I've graduated when I do my 'longer' runs for the very first time, I always choose a more downhill route so that it's achievable and I keep the impetus and enthusiasm.
