Lots of stretching , and upping your rest day exercise my help, we sometimes forget to take care and work the rest of our bodies as well as out legs......the runs are getting longer now Try these maybe ?

Then, a really good warm up lengthen the time if needs be.. I often walk for longer than five minutes even now...then, start slow and stay slow.. relax into the run, and try my, kissing the ground with your feet, landing lightly..rounding your footfall and breathing evenly.
Then plenty of stretching and flexing after the run, again, adding a short regime to work specifically on the hips. here is another set.. loads out there;

Hot shower and I have some lotion that I use to rub and massage any achy bits, I find that helps too.
Hope this may help..keep it slow and steady too and keep us posted?
