as much as I would love to run in a morning I have to run in an evening because I start work at 7 too which means I'm already up at 05.30. I've gotten used to it and actually quite like running before my tea, found it makes me eat less and feel ive earned a meal!

Don’t worry, you still managed to get out once - which is better than not at all. Just draw a line under this week and get back in track, we’re all here for you. X

I start work at 6.30am so I leave my runs until around 7.30-7.45 in the evening, long after my dinner has gone down and I still have plenty of energy so it works out fine for me, the dark isn't a problem where I live, once you start to get into a routine you won't look back, good luck.

I find early evening run gives me energy to get through final part of day and is very relaxing .

We all do, but you know it's tough and the main thing is you want to keep progress. That is gritty and determined and that will get you to the end of the programme
