Does Michael Johnson ever give a countdown at end of run?

Some time ago I completed the programme listening to Laura. She helpfully gave a 30 sec warning at the end of a run, just enough time for me to feel like trying to speed up a bit at the end. Michael hasn't done that so far (only got to week two). Is there a countdown at the end of the longer runs?

So MJ or Mr Smooth as us Smoothies know him, follows I believe Laura's original script so in the early days when you're doing lots of little intervals, doesn't give a warning, but later on in the programme he tells you when you have a minute to go. The other thing is that if you get this weird ringing bell that sounds like you're at a boxing match, that is the halfway bell.

I spent ages trying to work out why there was a weird ringing going on....

But Mr Smooth does also have a habit of telling you you're done and then actually he's giving you a warning that you're nearly done. It sharpened my listening skills I can tell you!

Thanks for replying. I thought I remembered 30 sec warning from Laura rather than a minute. Glad though that there will be a warning later on... I suspected I just hadn't got far enough yet. Just did 3rd week 2 run today.
