Hi all. After many years of doing not much excersise i decided to join MY/PT , which is at betteshanger park.
It's entirely based on military style training as it is run by former Army PTI.
In just 2 months my fitness levels have improved considerably.
We did a been test last night and I managed level 7.2 which is above average for my age.
Then this morning went for just a 2.2 mile trail run in the park. Managed to do this in under 30 mins. And to be honest running has never been my favourite of keep fit lol
