New Bee

Hiya! Am now in week 3. Have been reading all the posts to motivate myself and it has worked, Thank you lovely people! First post because I didn't think I would reach this far lol! But hey I have! and am enjoying it, actually looking forward to running. This is incredible. All my life I have said( well not all) I cant run, but apparently, I can. :)

Saying that am dreading week 4 :( I never listen to the next podcast for fear of scaring myself. But scared or not you will read all about it next week!!

No dread needed.. delight! Take it, as you are doing.. steady and slow and you will be just fine:)
