If you're anything like me, you'll feel more motivated each time you compete a week (or complete a run!) and your pride will grow and grow.

Welcome to C25K, we're a great sounding board if you need a little reassurance every now and then, if you want to share your successes or rant about your frustrations - most of us have needed to do all of the above at some point during or even after the programme.

It's a journey of ups and downs, and it's a lot of fun along the way 😊

There will be ups and there will be downs but like they've said above, each week your confidence will grow as you achieve things you never thought you could! Keep posting and keep running ☺️

Asking us hypothetical questions, to which we can't give much of a reasoned answer, is a tricky one.

Will you still love running in two years time?

Will you still look forward to every run in four years time?

If you are like me, then you definitely will.

I don't know what else to say.............time for bed.

You will feel magnificent! Like a sinewed panther traversing the plains!!!! Seriously, stick at it and you'll be amazed at how the program works. Take this from an old graduate who started this when I turned 50 four years ago and run around 20K per week.
