Well after thinking bloody hell this is hard work when doing R1 of W4 & thinking I will never do this, I have just completed R2 of W4 and though wow. Not as hard as the first run. I must admit I did run a little slower and control my breathing better but it worked. Oh, also changed the music to a better dance/trance workout style one. But anyway bring on R3 on Saturday, let's see if I feel the same after that one. Was also pleased to see that my heart rate isn't going as high as it was when exercising and I am recovering a bit quicker. Happy days

Well done! you probably don't think so at the moment, but, you will! It does feel so hard n tough! but, dogged determination will get you through and believe us it's well worth it! Just keep it super slow, pace is key to staying injury free..😊

Im at exactly the same stage...and had exactly the same experience! Congratulations! I can't believe I'm running for as long as I am now. Sun was shining, wind was blowing but it felt really good. Let us know how you go on Saturday, I'm there with you!
