Feeling a bit unsure what to say. But I'm on W4R2 tomorrow. Found the second 5 minute run a challenge and thought about cutting the last one short but didn't π I'm hugely inspired by reading about you all. Very pleased to be part of the community π

Quite unbelievably it does get a lot easier. I find run 1 of every week the toughest. You should be very proud of yourself. Run 2 will be better.

Welcome! Some runs are easier than others, sometimes for no apparent reason. Main thing is that you pushed through so well done. Keep posting, this really is the most amazing and supportive community!
Well done for not cutting the last one short - I've felt the urge to, too. But it's so satisfying when you don't!

Hello! I just joined the forum too and just got back from W4R2. For the first time I didn't feel like going out today, caught a cold yesterday and not feeling great, I was sure I wouldn't make it but actually it was easier than last time! I thought I would collapse on the second 5 min run the first time, today it was ok! Good luck!
