Now completed w5r1. Feel quite anxious about r3 this week, it's seems such a big leap 20ms and no walking!

On the plus side it's a slightly shorter total run 😂. Don't worry, I found the first run with no walks quite an easy transition personally even though I couldn't imagine how it was possible in advance.

Got mine tomorrow. I just think of it as 6 songs.

W5R2 I thought would be a challenge but it was fine.

If you've come this far then you should be able to manage this Mary. It's a really well designed program. It may be tough or you may surprise yourself, but you've got this. Try not to think too much and "just do it" as the shoe people say. 😀👍🏼

Yes you can..please check out my last post if you have the time... you just take it steadily and slowly and you will find that everything just follows on

Warm up well, relax into the runs and enjoy the feeling:)

I'm doing this tomorrow and I'm just thinking of it in terms of it's just 6 songs. Just 6 songs will be slow and steady, just like my running!!

Do yourself a big favour and have a look at all the panic posts in the W5 pinned posts and then have a look at all the ones that are screaming, whooping and hollering that they did it.. promise you there's loads of them. You've already run for 16 minutes, so this is not such a big leap.

You are ready, and you'll do it. Focus on doing the run in your head and your legs will follow. Looking forward to your happy post....👍
