Oh wow, so many wonderful comments thank you my running family.

Just did a couple of fast k to push my pace a bit (oh boy me running on my birthday) This evening I've been out for a meal with my family (more calories to run off) and am now settled down to a cup of tea and a slice of birthday cake (even more calories)
