Week 5 Run2 Done!!!!

That's W5 R2 done this morning, covering the timer on the treadmill was a good idea, I'm going to cover the entire screen I think as I can still see the bars that show the minute intervals.

All set for the 20 minutes run on Monday, ambulance booked, bed in ICU booked, undertaker in standby.

My next update could be one of three things:

1. I tried and it became a practice run - acceptable to me

2. I tried and died - it wouldn't be me post it obviously and it wouldn't be acceptable as I wouldn't have completed my goal.

3. I tried and did indeed succeed in completing the run.

Obviously, I'm aiming for option 3, option 1 would be acceptable as a push but option 2 is just too inconvenient for me at the minute as I want to go on holiday next month.

Thanks for all the support so far!

Happy running.

Trust the programme... keep it slow and steady... you will be fine!

Cancel the doom and gloom and plan your successful run report!

I am but I'm also planning for the worst ;) Plus, that's my sense of humour.

I am quietly confident for the run on Monday, during the first 8 minute run today it was easy going but for some reason the walking break threw me a little. Probably need more breathing practice but I have a few days.

Loving the feeling of accomplishment each and every time I run, I'm know I'm going to reach the end of the program and I'm starting to believe it now too.

I cannot thank the people on here and the support you all give, it really does make a difference.
