I am new here but I have just completed the challenge today and feel so proud of myself as I never thought it was possible. I am just wondering what I should do next as I really don't want to waste what I have achieved.
Any advice will be appreciated x

Congratulations and welcome. What an amazing achievement. You are right to feel proud and you can proudly tell everyone you meet what an awesome woman you are.
For the immediate future I would consolidate your ability, are you currently getting to 5k if not try running that little longer to get there and work at that for making that your next challenge
I am getting to on average 4.5k so just falling short of the 5k, I am going to try and run a little longer at the weekend just to see if I can get there
my sister in law graduated a few weeks ago but hurt her soleus muscle so has been unable to do any more running but as soon as she is fit again we are planning to do a park run, big challenge to work towards
Well done...! Consolidation, consolidation and more consolidation
Our running legs take along time to build up, as one of our most awesome runners on here would tell you!
Thirty minute runs, short runs, longer runs, see where you get to runs... and then maybe C25K+ podcasts... that is just for starters.. and if you keep posting we will continue to support!
