So, W6R2 done and dusted and bouying myself up for R3 on Saturday but can anyone advise on a good diet for running? Should it be protein based or would carbs be better?? Which would help with energy levels?
Ta in advance for any tips

I'm pretty sure that, at this level, 30 minutes or so, a good diet for running is just a good diet. A balance of good real food with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables will sustain you well. Time enough when you are heading for marathons to start tweaking your diet.
Just a really healthy eating regime... and excellent hydration too...
Cut out processed food, reduce sugar to absolute minimum, eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and have a wide range of items in your diet, drink plenty of water.
All that said, you don't need a special diet to do C25K and you certainly should not eat any extra just because you are exercising.
Thank you all. That sounds good as I always eat fresh, not processed and try not to indulge too much in naughty treats but do admit to several glasses of wine a week.
I try to keep carbs down and am glad to hear that it shouldn't impact on my running
