I would like to purchase a foam roller or other contraption as many people have talked on here about how fantastic they re. Can anyone recommend anything to me please? When I looked on Mason, there is so much choice.

Thank you

These are good 'starter' foam rollers. We have them (and the green version, which is harder) in my gym. amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00...

I have an orange body fitness one at home, whilst it also has pressure point release capability, these hybrids aren't as good at simple rolling as the simpler ones.
