Hi everyone

Started C25K on Monday and was really nervous, but delighted to have got round.

Did Wk1R2 today and got a nasty pain in lower left calf, yet did everything the same as Monday (and got round) Any advice? Have been stretching out continually since as still v painful.

Slow down.. warm up really well and maybe some rolling could ease those tight muscles:)

A foam roller or massage stick... great for un-knotting the knots:)
