Much better! Not quite there with a pain free run but used the foam roller afterwards. The trainers are really comfy 👟👟think I'm going to love them 💕🏃🏼♀️💕🏃🏼♀️💕

Thanks everyone just rinsed them under the tap and cleaned the grass off them ready for Friday!
Tip :- if you ever wash trainers in a machine the guy from the running shop said never add detergent as it will destroy the cushioning / structure.
