I started with W1R1 again today, a little bit faster but not much than the first time. I was awesome, I really felt like I'd had a workout and not I feel great.
So with this in mind I think I'm going to do all 3 runs for each week but as this slightly faster pace. Then I also have the option of slowing down ππ»
