Welcome back! You did it before so you know you can do it again - so maybe while you are building up think about how you can make this a part of your life (just like breathing eating and sleeping). Think about your lifestyle & the bits that maybe got in the way before & plan for them.
I realised around week 4 that my life would start taking over & it's so easy to miss a week if your days are filled with other urgent things. I managed to get to week 9 in 10 weeks ( due to extra work/parents & kids medical appointments & other stuff getting in the way).
Then I realised that this is important too - to me - and once I gave myself equal priority I completed the course.
Sorry if I sound like I'm lecturing ( I'm actually lecturing myself here!) as I only graduated Sunday & am desperate not to give up!
