Ah ha! Finished wk7r5 and and almost at the summit. I think i might actually get there. Just 2 more weeks!

I'll tell you what, it hasn't been all plain sailing though. My right ankle as been playing up and if it wasn't for this problem i think my runs would be even more enjoyable.

The sights and the sounds of life going round you all the while hearing the thump of your feet is amazing. ( Did i really just say that? Please say I'm going at little loopy)

Again, for anyone starting or for anyone in in the middle or near the end: You can do this!!!!!

wait ... Week 7... Run ... ? just checking as I'm coming to week 7 now that there's not actually that many runs :D (I did/practiced four Week 6 runs, I suppose!)

Hope the ankle sorts itself out! And yes, you did say it, and if you're loopy so are most of these people here!
