2nd run of wk 2 and I'm getting paon and slight swelling behind my knee which I previously had a knee reconstruction due to a ACL tear a few years ago any advice welcome on how to help me through this.....TIA

Yes rest and ice with gentle movements but the swelling behind your knee combined with a history of ACL tear worries me that it could be more than joggers knee. If the swelling goes with the ice, take the next run gently. If it recurs (or doesn't settle) I would get it seen to sooner rather than later in your case.
