Phew. Got through week two despite the backs of my calves being very tight. Very frustrating because I'm finding the running relatively easy. Still it's forcing me to go nice and steadily and to do lots of stretching.

Looking forward to week 3!

Well done for wk 2! Have you discovered the delights of 'foam rollers'? I got one after very tight calves in the early weeks and it totally sorted me out. It's not exactly a pleasant experience, but the results are worth it. Good luck for week 3!

Yep a foam roller is the way to go 😩

Go you for Week 3, a step for man, and for mankind! Heaven knows how I can stretch that hyperbole for another 6 weeks.

Just keep stretching those calves...
