A lot easier today - my route around the park is the same as local Park Run so had to wait until 10am to go!! Will be joining them soon hopefully - good luck all week 8 runners (yes we are runners now!!🏃🏃🏃)

That's great you have a parkrun so close, it'll be a bonus to graduate and join them very soon.
I'm about to start Week 5. I feel like a runner when I'm not running. Once I start running I feel a bit of a plodder. Still, must keep going! A parkrun is my target
