Week 6 run 1

After 4 long night shifts and very little sleep I forced myself to start my week 6 run this morning. I found it very difficult, probably because my diet has been very hit and miss and I haven't run since last Sunday. I must admit I feel great! Very pleased with myself. I am dreading the longer runs but have sourced some good 'running music' and bought new trainers in preparation. Bring it on! Gulp. X

Well done! Night shifts are a killer and make it that bit harder to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Enjoy the new trainers and music...

Committed runner, night shifts and tired to boot. That's a gutsy run.
