Not sure that my husband running with me pretending to be Adam Ant was helpful though in my training RunForestR🤣

Your husband sounds a wonderful coach 😀

To be fair to him - he was probably trying to distract you from thinking about running - so whilst his choice, shows a disturbing fixation on bad 80's pop, he helped you "Ruuuun and deliver.......Eyyaie Ruun And Deliver".........;^)

How was your husband pretending to be Adam Ant, full makeup, drumming? No wonder you ran well you had a beat to follow and Adam wasn't known for slow records...

I am thinking your husband could do the whole range of 80s icons. I'd love to read your progress through that!

Well done you for getting two weeks under your belt.
