Just finished the run. When i started it was a bit difficult because if the body pain but eventually it got better and now feeling good.

Thanks guys for your support and motivation.

Looking fordward for tomorrow hope to do more better tomorrow!!!

Can any one guide me regarding the rest to be taken in the week. Thanks

Well done for completing the run. I may be wrong here but I am reading the fact that you have had a run today - if that is the case you must not run tomorrow as you need to take at least one complete rest day between run days as this allows the muscle damage to repair.

The idea is to run for three days in a week and rest the remaining days.

That's right. Run one day rest the next. If you like you can keep doing that which will give you 4 runs some weeks. But the programme is designed for 3 runs a week so 2 rest days at some point. You can take more rest days if you need to but never less than one clear day between each run. Lower impact exercise on rest days is fine, just not running.

It's a great programme and it works. But it is designed the way it is for a reason. Enjoy it.
