It's my rest day today, (W3R3) tomorrow, but having missed a lot of Zumba recently thought I'd go to the session tonight, and am now knackered! Should I take another rest day tomorrow, or just man-up and get out there?

I think you know the answer to this - just man up and get out there. It will be fun
See how you feel tomorrow.... best, at this stage not to push too hard... If a good night's sleep works... you may well feel like getting out there
