Hi welcome aboard you run three times a week with a rest day in between i.e Monday,Wednesday,Friday and then the following week do the same again doing the following week or repeating any run you did not complete. If running Mon,Wed,Fri you get two days rest setting you up for the new week. You will need to take the rest days as that is when your muscles rest and repair after exercise.
Oh please no!! Take at least one day rest between runs; there are only three a week. Your muscles need the time to recover or you'll injure yourself/melt down/give up. But come back on here on your rest days--it reminds you that/why you're doing it! 🏃 🏃 🏃

As MichaelH070862 says - run three times a week (doesn't matter which three days) so long as you take a rest day between run days. Rest days doesn't mean no exercise just not high impact so you can still walk/cycle/swim.
Set aside a time to get started and just take it slow and steady. If you do too much too soon you risk injury.
