Question. Is using a cross trainer considering running?
Or is just a way to train?
Does it help in any way?
If I did 1.2km (0.746 miles) in 7:55 minutes. After 20 Minutes of Cardio... how unfit am I?
1.2K on the elliptical in 8 minutes - I think that you are quite fit. However, the word "fit" means different things to different people.

I guess you're right the definition of 'fit' may be different to others. I would bet I am far down, below average.
I think (I'm not sure) I use to do 2k in 11mins
I am also quite young (still a teen) so that may be why, I guess.
