W1R2 I did it!

So after Wednesday and only being able to complete 5 of the 8 running minutes I went out today and managed to do all 8 running minutes without mass back or knee pain.

I took some of your advice and slowed down (I think, its hard to judge when you run in the dark) and I came home feeling happy and energetic.

Yes, have a read of the post about speed by Oldfloss today. Nice and steady is the way to succeed.
