Look forward and don't be daunted. Half of this is in the head honest. Your training has prepared you for it. Good luck next week

I don't think there is anyone who takes on cto5k who doesn't find the next week daunting but it's designed for us to go forward and achieve the next step.

I think it was around week 5 that I realised that "next week" is achievable and so stopped being scared and started enjoying the challenge, knocking on the door of my 1st w9r now and it holds no fear (8 weeks ago I would have thought no way) onwards and upwards we go

Don't think too far ahead. One run at a time, in fact one step at a time. And to quote Oldfloss "slow & steady" . You will do it an feel great after. Go for it!
