Going to have to stop

I completed W6R3 ok but the next day suffered some knee pains, so I delayed W7R1 for 4 days and again completed that run ok. But later that day the pains began to return and now its very tender and uncomfortable when walking. Hopefully will be able to get back after a couple of weeks rest.

It might be worth getting it checked out by your GP or a sports physio to rule out anything serious. Hope it clears up soon!
