Well I'm with all those who found this one tough! I've managed everything first time up until now but today was tough! Ended up walking a couple of minutes in the second 10 minute run. I added these on at the end! Feel a little disappointed and worried about the 25 minute run next. But at least I know I'm not alone.
Week 6 run 2 - yikes!: Well I'm with all those... - Couch to 5K
Week 6 run 2 - yikes!

Hi MM! Don't worry about little iddy biddy walks. Once you've graduated, you'll find these little breaks a welcome big hug! You seem to be doing well so do not DWELL on anything bad. Just move on to the next run. We all of us - me included - have days when it just doesn't come together. But the days when it does? Ooooooh.....there's magic in them thar days!!!

You are ready for this and you will do it! We are right there with you!
Hi muddled, talking as someone who seems regularly to get a problem on the long runs, I wouldn't let it phase you. Sometimes it doesn't work out very well. Regroup your thoughts and your legs will follow. Good luck next time out
