Hi, you will have so much help and advice on here, but for now just follow the programme and keep posting. You can do this. 😁

It's very daunting when you first set out but you can trust in the programme. Every time the run times increase, you will be ready for it. Just take your time.

It helped me having a buddy who I virtually ran with on the same week. The program is so good!! I never thought I would be running. PMA, support and believe in yourself x

I'm the same, it's good to think that someone, somewhere is going through exactly the same thing as you at a similar time, & looking forward to the virtual celebratory drink πŸ₯‚ together at graduation πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“

This forum is so supportive . I read it every day for inspiration and tips . I start wk 4 tomorrow and honestly at the end of wk 1 thought I would never cope with wk 2 . I am 53 and alittle overweight . Even though I have done fitness programs before , lost weight and felt healthier ( last time 3 1/2 yrs ago ) I felt I could never run . This programme is helping me so much and reading this site I trust in it .

Visit the forum lots and everyone will support you .

Go for it! It's a real sense of personal achievement when you finish! If you have to slow down make sure you keep moving, even if you have to walk, don't stop! You WILL feel better for doing this!!
