I'm going out running tonight don't know what really to expect as this is my first day.
I don't know if I've got enough stamina??

Think we all had fears like that when we started but trust me the plan works, take it steady and enjoy and then come back and tell us all how you got on
Good luck, just take it slowly and let us know how you get on.
C25K is designed to build your stamina so there's nothing to worry about there. Take it slow.
Getting out there for the first time is one of the biggest challenges, so you are already doing great. If you cannot complete a run then you just repeat it after a rest day, getting stronger each time, until you can finish and then you move on. You are in control.
Always take your rest days, they are crucial.
That's enough for now, or I will be holding you up. Enjoy the journey.
Just go... that is all you need to do at this point...go out... walk... run... breathe and enjoy.
Take it slow and take it steady, the rest will follow.. as IannodaTruffe says
I sure as hell didn't - but that's why we do the programme
Went from blue-faced W1D1 to where now I try not to get upset if I can't get in 5k three times a week.
Trust the programme, do it at your own pace and lean on us here when you need to
Good luck - the programme is great - stick with it and as if by magic a few weeks in you're a runner! I don't know how it works but I t it does! Just stick with it and complete each run in turn. Oh & let us know how you get on. The support here is great & I attribute all my progress on my virtual running pals.
When in a walking phase and needing to get my breath back I find a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth are really helpful. I'm in week 4 and cannot believe how far I've come. Good luck and enjoy!
Like everyone else has said, trust in the programme. Just take it slow and gradually you will find your own pace. You will amaze yourself as you progress. I know I have.
Everything they all said and more. Tonight is the hardest run you do, from nothing to something. Kicking the couch takes guts, grit and determination. We are your support crew and in a couple of weeks time, you will be the support crew for another newbie. This is the best running club in the world and if you commit to it, we do too. I am guessing you will have done it by now, please let us know how you got on
