Thanks to everyone who gave encouragement the other day when I was defeated by W5 R2. It gave me the confidence to give it another go today and I did it! Last time the second eight mins was a nightmare with my legs giving up a couple of minutes in. Today, I wouldn't say it was a breeze, but got to the end relatively easily. Still got a cold, but feeling better. Also, my friend I run with usually was back from holiday - think that definitely makes a difference too. Thanks everyone for helping me believe I could do it. Now I need to convince myself I can do W5 R3!

Well done, we all knew you could do it. You are now ready for W5R3, don't let it scare you, it really isn't any more difficult than the runs you have already completed. Just take it slow and steady ( as always).
Really do convince yourself you can do it, because you will. W5 as IannodaTruffe says mixes it up a bit. But no worries you know you are prepared. Enjoy it because the grin from that run lasts an awful long time...
After today how can you doubt it?
You will do it, just believe that you can. Like others say, slow and steady and you'll get there.
