It's here 8 weeks and 3 days since I started and I feel amazing . The last 3 runs have been a lot easier than I had ever thought possible this program really works. For those near the start the most important thing I learned. During this was most of the barriers are in your head and not your body. Make sure you take the rest days and eat properly.

I'm very far from an expert and I was 18 st this time last year but it can be done.

I'm off for my first park run next weekend no longer embarrassed about running in public and intend to progress to longer runs.

Great app great community here I have taken a lot from reading these boards. Thank you and good luck all.

Well done! Feels good doesn't it? No stopping you now!

Well done you with that cracking feeling of having done the challenge. It's always fab to see the 'last posts' because you always learn something about running or the person or just life's in general. And they are always inspiring and encouraging the rest of us in the depths or should that be the highs of the programme. Brilliant stuff

What an inspiring post. I have found the last couple of weeks tough but am hoping I get into a groove from now on. Thanks for motivating me.

Congratulations.

Coming to terms with the mental challenge is a very empowering process.

The world is your running track. Go and enjoy it.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Thank you all. The positive community here really helps. The endorphin's and general high from this morning carried me into a 14k walk so the Sunday lunch can be a little larger than usual today.
