My wife and I graduated last week. Today we completed our first parkrun today. Time was 32:24 well chuffed with that. Volunteers and other runners were all so friendly and helpful. The first of many more Parkrun's

Great job & time, well done :) Mine was similar at the time and quickly dropped under 30mins without much strain although we should never be obsessed with 'records'. Instead, we should simply let our bodies decide our comfort zones. Cheers!
