Where can I download the app?

Hi all,

New to this community, do I just get the couch to 5k from the App Store or can it be downloaded somewhere here?

It's available free from the Play Store - just search for Couch to 5K free NHS you know you've got the right one if it's a turquoise box with COUCH TO in white and 5K in yellow.
