Not been running

So, got to w9r2, then bought a house and since then I have not run (house renovations etc). Tomorrow I start again, just going for a little run (slow/steady) to see how far my fitness levels have fallen in 2 months, then will restart the program at my level of fitness, wish me luck and I will let you know the results tomorrow.

House moves universally known as one of the most stressful events in life, add in renovations and I am surprised you found time to post....👍 Good luck with your first run back, hopefully muscle memory will kick in to help. And all that diy stuff must have kept you strong.

I think with the house move your fitness level may be higher than you think! House moving is very physical .. core strength and stamina will have really been improving.

Just head out slowly and steadily! I think you will be fine..:)

Good luck for tomorrow. To throw in a house move with renovations whatever else you're doing in life is pretty hectic. I hope the move went ok and you get back up to week 9 in no time. :)
