You will find, and many of the Graduates will echo this, that it is a really, really good idea to take some time to consolidate the 30 minute runs for a couple of weeks, before you move on to the C25K+ podcasts...
Run because you can, with no pressure... so some short runs, different terrain, different routes, and even along but very slow run, but always putting in a thirty minute one.
Our running journey has only just begun with C25K... building up our running legs and the stamina and strength takes a long time.
You have done amazingly.. go get that badge!
