So they say.
Ok so last week I was in France in a hilly spot, which challenged me as I have avoided those pointy things to date. So one morning I set off really early when it was coolest and got lost so ended up doing my longest run yet 7k up hill and down dale
Quite comfortable and VERY happy
So went out for a 5K on Sunday and managed to run it 3 minutes quicker than I ever have before.
I really do not understand how this works; but I'll take that
