From knackered to relieved!

Tonight I was so tired after a shocking day at work I fell asleep on the train just waking up at my destination. Couldn't be bothered when I got in but forced myself my promised run. Can't say I enjoyed it but did it. Proud to have done it, now for some tea.

Onto week 3 next run. Proud in just getting out and doing it!

Be very proud of yourself, doing a run when you don't feel like it is a great commitment. You didn't flake that's a great sign early on in the programme. well done you
