I was very happy this morning. I got a new PB at Parkrun. I am on a Quest to get to a sub 30 min 5k by the end of September. My previous PB was 32:07. This morning I said forget about a PB time. Just go out and run at a nice pace, don't look at the watch and just run the full 5k. After my 3rd kilometre I knew I was doing well so I kept the pace. I passed through the finish line at 31:04. Happy to have ran the full 5k and really happy with the new time.

Isn't it great to just run and enjoy it. I am following a training plan that has "easy" run days and they always turn out to be my fastest and nicest runs!
