Thanks for this. Just seen it as I was saying to my hubby that I've not been out running since Saturday and im really missing it. So washed out and tired this week. Body just not willing. But will be back on it Monday. Resting not quitting š

My two favourites are stuck on my fridge to nudge me every day: "Today I shall be one run stronger" and "I don't want to do it, I want to have done it"
