Wasn't too confident. Supposed to run it the night before but after a day in the garden I was too sore and knew I wouldn't be able to. Went out last night and once I got into the pace I just kept putting one foot in front of the other. I'm uphill for the first half of my run and the relief reaching the top was palpable but on the other hand I could never have run up that hill a few weeks ago. This plan is amazing 👍😃
