Super pissed with myself!! 1st 10mins was going so well, then I fought with a hill and it burned me!! After that I was spent!

I will not give up!! I will keep at this run until I can do the solid 20mins!

Plan your route with care.

I live in a valley, so hills are everywhere. I just make sure I plan a route where i don't have to go up a hill. In the earlier weeks with a walk I use to plan it so I could do my walk up the hill.

Keep going!

The embarrassing thing is, it's not like a proper hill, only about 20ish feet or so in length 🙈 I'll certainly avoid it until I am much stronger x

Slow you pace down and shorten your stride length on the hills. Your lags will burn by the time you get to the time, but this will alleviate as you continue on.

Thank you, I don't think I could slow down much more, walkers over take me 🤣 but I'll shorten my stride and perhaps plan my journey better
