Look I have my graduate badge! ππ€£π I cannot tell you how excited I am by this and proud! π€πββοΈπ€π
Look I have my graduate badge!...: Look I have... - Couch to 5K
Look I have my graduate badge!...
Nice one !! Whatβs next ?
Superstar!
Have you thought about what you will do next? My plan was to carry on doing 5k at least twice a week, but I've found myself pushing distance and now have my Graduate 10 badge too!
I've ran 5k a few times but I'm nowhere near your pace. 6k in 30 mins! I only want 5 lol. I'm going to try and up my pace, run a park run maybe and then do the 7k run. 10k in October unless I can do that quicker..... you'll be on a marathon soon! π€£π
Heehee. I was doing 5k in 30 minutes just after graduating c25k. The extra pace has just come naturally, as it will for you. I have the luxury (if you can call it that) of having access to the running club at work, where we have a qualified coach
Marathon is unlikely. Half marathon maybe, but I'm some way off that kind of distance.
Congratulations ππ
Congratulations Claire π₯
Consolidate running 5k comfortably then a move up to 10k maybe?....itβs easier than the 5k programme tbh π€
With my 7k inbetween π
Iβm doing the Oxford Town & Gown 10k in May π
Doing Ju-Juβs 6wk 10k plan will get you there in time π
This looks good. May seems quite close though lol. But I think that's because I'm still kinda in shock that I can run 5k! π€£πββοΈ ju jus plan sounds great
Congratulations Claire, that badge is looking extra shiny!!
Enjoy the next part of your running adventure! π
Well done! What a lovely badge. I hope to be claiming mine soon - following in your footsteps! ππββοΈ
If you want to improve you times, just keep running regularly 3 times a week. Make two of them pressure free runs and for one run push yourself a bit on your pace. Don't to it for every run, not only will you find that you burn out also thats how injuries occur.
You can also try things like hill running and fartlek or intervals
Well done on graduation!
Congratulations Runner βΊ
