Happy As! Can't wait to πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“

I just completed W9R1 and I feel bloody marvellous! My family and I are still in shock that I'm doing this and coming through it with each and every run!

I feel so proud of myself it's untrue!

I have also found that where I was exhausted at the end of the first couple of 25 min runs, I now take much less time to recover! I might be a "sweaty Betty" but I don't care πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

Can't wait for Saturday when I can finally say I did it and I'm a graduate πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ at last!

I set myself a goal at end of May when I bought my Fitbit to lose 9 lbs and I did that on Monday. So I've set another goal for another 7lb and if I keep on running after the programme I'm pretty sure I'll do that as well.

I'm 53 years old and I feel the fitest I've been for many years.

This programme is the best.

Thank you to everyone as although I haven't commented a great deal, I have read most posts with interest.

To those reading who are doubting themselves, please don't beat yourself up. I'm living proof that it can be done.

Fabulous, the graduation party is in sight. I'm looking forward to it!

Brilliant. Well done. I just did that run but my brother asked me how I feel and I said knackered and very hot. Can't run again till Saturday so you will get there before me. But I will make it before my 55th birthday. The programme is, indeed the best.

Enjoy your last two runs.

Thank you everyone 😊. And SCB1 I'd wait for you, but I'm afraid there's no stopping me this week! πŸ˜‚

Well done! It's great isn't it when it all starts coming together and you feel so much healthier and happier. You are eating better (hopefully) and the weight is moving in the right direction. Graduation on the horizon too.

Good luck with your final few runs. Enjoy every minute of them. Go nice and steady though. No dramas at this stage of the proceedings

On your next runs you can daydream about where your running might take you next.

Have fun!

Thank you. I will keep on with the style and pace I've used all along. I will enjoy them and smile - daydreaming will start next week after πŸŽ“- thanks for your support. X
